They are the original strips. The size is that of the large ones. They last all night well secured. They are very durable. If they are too big, they can be trimmed.
"i live and breathe by these strips, at night when i'm sleeping that is. Right nostril is narrow due to a sports injury years ago. These keep my airways clear through the night. I clean off my oily nose with an astringent before applying the strip. These ones are the gentle adhesive, which i prefer because they come off easier in the morning. I've tried the cheaper imitations, but beware. Breathe right are well worth a couple of extra bucks.

Works good but your nose is big
It actually attaches to the nose due to the dense plastic; the sticker bends and lifts the nostrils. You need to sleep carefully; if you move or touch the pillow with your face, this plate shifts and comes off.
At first, i doubted that it would work since it doesn't stop the snoring, but after seeing the results after using it, i am very satisfied. It didn't completely eliminate the snoring, but it reduced it by almost 95% compared to not using it. The apnea periods to lower saturation below 90 for periods of 20 to 30 minutes, it has only been lowered in 2 minutes or less. I recommend it, it is not difficult to get used to, especially if you see the benefits from the first night.
These stay on for such a long time, but are easy to remove. I use them for when i'm sleeping or when i'm working out due to my deviated septum. I definitely noticed a difference in sleep quality while wearing it and is great for workouts without it coming off due to sweat. So much better than breath right strips
I use nasal strips for cycling. Previously i have used breath right. Biggest issue was getting them to stick. I would use alcohol, hold in place for long period of time, and wait 30 min before exercising. With these the stick and stay stuck with minimal effort. They can be tough to take off but i usually just slowly take them off in the shower. I def recommend these!
